Hobby Excellent caravan with levooz awning situated on large end plot on Camping Benisol Campsite, at quiet end of campsite with only one neighbour and no one at the back of you, sleeps four Non Smokers.
The van has very recently been redecorated. One end of the van has seating area with table, lots of under seat storage and a range of overhead lockers and shelving. spot and strip lights fitted. The table folds down and turns the area into a double bed. flush toilet fitted shelving above and wrap round mirrors with built in lights electric and shaving point fitted. Triple and double wardrobe so plenty of room to hang clothes triple also has inside shelving.
Opposite end of van has double bed with lift up storage underneath expensive mattresses all bought in last 12 months, spot lights and flat screen tv. Also fitted there is a cupboard/shelving unit with glass cupboard above. All caravan windows and sky lights have blinds and mosquito nets fitted.
Large levooz awning fitted at a cost of 6300 euros ( i have the receipt ) guaranteed for 5 years was erected in NOV 2019 so just over 2 years old, inside the awning, it has been refurbed in the last 12 months. Double glazed windows fitted with mirror finish film for privacy and reduce the heat in the summer all have curtains on overhead rails fitted ,double glazed sliding patio doors with overhead curtains ALL have mosquito blinds fitted. Laminate floor fitted with matching step to enter the van, fully cladded in white and grey looks impressive fibre optic wired into the van and 6 double electric sockets TV unit (the TV is not included). L shaped three seater sofa with matching foot stool that can be hidden away movable head rests and fold up arm with movable seating to turn into a bed if needed. The JD collection and cabinets are not included.
Outside are is completely fenced in with good quality hard wearing artificial grass fitted there is a large plastic shed that houses the outdoor kitchen table top 4 gas ring hob plumbed in, washing machine, fridge freezer, combination microwave, 2 double and 1 single cupboard units, strip and ceiling lights and plenty of electric sockets, there is also a gas hot water boiler outside which has been gas safety checked and approved with receipt.
3m x 3m gazebo with all around curtains and mosquitoes nets garden patio set with cushions one large double plastic shed for storage also outdoor solar shower fitted with half bath and shower curtains fitted if needed . Outside to the end of the van there are 2 plastic chest and one plastic stand up cabinet for storage. Outside both ends of the awning have been fully cladded, the awning sides can be removed or put back on if required.
Monthly charge is 418 euros a month dog friendly site with dog walking area and dog shower, there is an outdoor pool and heated indoor pool open all year round. camp bar does food and drink and also has weekly entertainment on all year round. Tennis court five a side football come basket ball court also badminton. There is a 500 euro transfer fee paid to the camp once bought we will consider reasonable and sensible offers.
