It has great facilities lovely outdoor pool which is good for smaller and larger children
lovely indoor pool
toilet and showers are always super clean
There is a change of ownership fee I will split this 50/50 at the asking price so buyer would need to pay £750
ground rent will need to be paid 6 months in advance which will be £2,550 at todays exchange rate then after 6 months it can be paid monthly
The caravan is on one of the largest pitches on camping benisol The garden is really big and gets sunshine all day
